Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

We are a family business, everything started 2019.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and I enjoy the process of planning events, decorations, scheduling, and timelines. I worked in the hotel business for almost 10 years until I realized that I wanted to start working in what I love and I'm passionate about. That's how I decided to open my own company!

 With a background in education and language, flexibility and thinking outside the box are second nature. We work to ensure that your dreams, your vision becomes a reality. A wedding day is one of those events that will be remembered for years to come, a bookmark in your history. Making sure that day stands out and is special is what keeps us going, what makes the difference in choosing someone else to make it all happen.

After working in the hotel industry for 10 years and living in 6 different countries over the last 10 years (Germany, UAE, Spain, Panama, Venezuela, and the US)


I learned a lot about myself. I realized that not only do I adapt easily to any situation, but that I've also developed my ability to visualize and create extraordinary décor where there are only empty spaces.


 My capacity, alongside your vision will allow us to design each little space for your event just as you've dreamed it.

How many weddings do you do?

We typically do one wedding per day. We are not a wedding factory!

For every wedding we take on we put our heart into as if it were our own.  We feel this allows the appropriate amount of time and attention needed for our clients.

Do you offer wedding planning for LGBT couples?
Yes, we are dreamers and strongly believe in love. What we enjoy the most is helping our clients plan the wedding of their dreams.

Do you negotiate with vendors?
Of course! A knowledgeable wedding coordinator recommends vendors that are the perfect fit for your budget and will save you a lot of money, time and stress. We will always try to get the best value for our clients.

Something we are proud of is that we don't rely on or receive any type of commission from vendors we recommend. We recommend local vendors that we've come to know and feel comfortable and confident in their professionalism.

What is the process for hiring you?

First, we schedule an appointment to discuss your needs, vision and expectations as well as the services available. 
Once we know exactly what you are looking for, we then send you a proposal and the contract. 

After you sign the contract a retainer fee is required to hold your wedding date. 

How far in advance do you book out?
Weddings take time to plan. We work on a first come, first serve basis. The first weekends to fill up quickly are during the peak wedding season in spring and summer.
Unfortunately, it is not uncommon to turn couples away due to a date already having been reserved. So, to ensure we can work with your day please contact us for a complimentary consultation. Dates for 2025 and 2026 are filling up quickly!
