We are a family business, everything started 2019. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and I enjoy the process of planning events, decorations, scheduling, and timelines. I worked in the hotel business for almost 10 years until I realized that I wanted to start working in what I love and I'm passionate about. That's how I decided to open my own company!

After spending 10 years working in the hotel industry and living in six different countries — Germany, UAE, Spain, Panama, Venezuela, and the United States. I gained a deep appreciation for different cultures, styles of celebration, and the art of hospitality.
During those years, I discovered not only my ability to adapt to new environments, but also my passion for creativity and design.
Hospitality taught me how powerful experiences can be and how thoughtful details can transform a simple space into something truly memorable.
Over time, I realized that one of my greatest strengths is the ability to visualize the potential of a space and transform it into something extraordinary. Where others may see an empty room, I see an opportunity to create an atmosphere, tell a story, and design a meaningful experience.

More than eight years ago, I founded Vrinspirations, where I’ve had the privilege of designing and planning beautiful celebrations for our clients. Today, my international background, passion for design, and love for creating meaningful moments allow me to work closely with each client to bring their vision to life.

My journey in the event industry began over 8 years ago, driven by a love for creativity and a passion for bringing beautiful celebrations to life. I graduated with a degree in Marketing, which helped me develop a strong foundation in strategy, organization, and communication skills that naturally led me into the world of events.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of many different celebrations, each one teaching me something new and deepening my appreciation for the details that make every event special.
For me, events are not just about logistics they are about creating meaningful moments that people will remember for years to come.
After many years working in creative environments and the events industry, I joined forces with the Vrinspirations team to design and produce beautiful events together.
I love collaborating closely with our clients and our team to turn ideas into thoughtful, well-executed celebrations that truly reflect each couple’s story.
I’ve been part of the event industry for over five years, and throughout that time I’ve developed a deep passion for design, creativity, and bringing beautiful celebrations to life.

When you choose us as your wedding planner we will be there from the beginning until the breakdown of your party. We won't leave your event in the hands of just anyone. We want to make sure it ends just as well as it started.

What is the process for hiring you?
First, we schedule an appointment to discuss your needs, vision and expectations as well as the services available.
Once we know exactly what you are looking for, we then send you a proposal and the contract.
After you sign the contract a retainer fee is required to hold your wedding date.
How far in advance do you book out?
Weddings take time to plan. We work on a first come, first serve basis. The first weekends to fill up quickly are during the peak wedding season in spring and summer.
Unfortunately, it is not uncommon to turn couples away due to a date already having been reserved. So, to ensure we can work with your day please contact us for a complimentary consultation. Dates for 2025 and 2026 are filling up quickly!
How many weddings do you do?
We typically do one wedding per day. We are not a wedding factory!
For every wedding we take on we put our heart into as if it were our own. We feel this allows the appropriate amount of time and attention needed for our clients.
Do you offer wedding planning for LGBT couples?
Yes, we are dreamers and strongly believe in love. What we enjoy the most is helping our clients plan the wedding of their dreams.
Do you negotiate with vendors?
Of course! A knowledgeable wedding coordinator recommends vendors that are the perfect fit for your budget and will save you a lot of money, time and stress. We will always try to get the best value for our clients.
